Shabestan was born from a desire to bring Paris all the richness of Persia: a generous cuisine, a deep culture, and a sense of hospitality raised to an art form.
For nearly twenty years, that ambition has unfolded across three addresses, each carried by the same elegance and the same spirit of sharing.

True to our standards from day one
Our butchers prepare the meat every morning. Our stews are given the time to simmer slowly. Our spices are sourced directly from Iran. At Shabestan, every plate reflects the standards we have stayed true to over the years.
